Central government financing requirement in 2018

On May 28 at 11.00 AM, Economic Survey, May 2018 will be available at oim.dk.

The estimates of the central government net financing and financing requirement in 2018 are presented in table 1 below. The financing requirement has been revised to DKK 124bn., which is 3bn less than budgeted.

The financing requirement is covered by domestic debt issuance or by drawing on the central government account at Danmarks Nationalbank.

The financing strategy is published by Danmarks Nationalbank on the website of the government debt management office.
